South Burnett Regional Council is seeking offers to purchase a large block of land in the Kingaroy Industrial Estate.
The 3.9ha block in Cornish Street, immediately opposite the South Burnett Enterprise Centre, is zoned General Industry.
It is is currently a vacant paddock.
Council is calling for tenderers to submit a proposed purchase price.
Tender documents for the block must be lodged with Council before 4:00pm on Friday, May 1.
