The Kingaroy Photographic Club will be holding a Beginner’s Photography Workshop at Kingaroy State High School’s Community Room next week.
Everyone is welcome … whether you are a beginner, novice or expert, have a point-and-shoot camera or an expensive camera, or even a phone.
PSQ photographic judge Bob Britcher will be sharing his skills from 6:00pm on Tuesday, March 17.
There is no obligation to join the club, but participants who stay for the club meeting can listen to Bob’s expert critique of members’ photos.

The Kingaroy Photographic Club held its AGM recently.
Elected were President Steve Clampitt, Secretary / Photo Steward Rosemary Pratt, Assistant Steward Fred Pratt and Treasurer Zac Dennien.

The club always welcomes new members.
They do not need to own a expensive camera, and can use a phone or a simple point-and-shoot camera to enter the monthly photo competitions.
Membership fees are $35 for adults, $10 for high school students and primary school students are free.
There are now with two divisions: Novice and Open.
Meetings are held monthly in the Community Room at Kingaroy High School.
