A former Wondai Community Kindergarten committee member charged following a police investigation has been sentenced to nine months jail.
Amanda Evans (also known as Magee) was charged with dishonestly obtaining property.
She first appeared in Murgon Magistrates Court on September 17, 2013.
After several adjournments, the charge was transferred to Brisbane Magistrates Court in July last year.
It was then adjourned several more times.
On Friday (March 6), Evans pleaded guilty before Magistrate Wendy Cull.
Magistrate Cull sentenced Evans to nine months jail, fully suspended for two years.
