Kingaroy Police have been kept busy over the past week with a string of traffic incidents.
On Wednesday, a 21-year-old man was pulled over in Alford Street and then taken back to Kingaroy Police Station and charged after he allegedly refused a breath test.
On Saturday, a 36-year-old woman pulled over on Recreation Drive at Memerambi was charged with the same offence.
Acting Officer-in-Charge of Kingaroy Police, Acting Senior Sergeant Brad Johannesen said the penalty for refusing a specimen of breath was equivalent to a high-range drink driving charge.
A 40-year-old man has been charged with a low-range drink-driving charge after he was stopped on the Bunya Highway at Taabinga on Saturday.
A 26-year-old man was charged with unlicensed driving after being pulled over on Hoopers Road on February 22.
A 28-year-old man pulled over on Saturday morning on the Bunya Highway will face the same charge, while a 42-year-old man, stopped by police in Francis Street on Sunday, has been charged with disqualified driving.
An 18-year-old man pulled over in Poinciana Avenue last Monday has been charged with driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle.
