Applications for Toowoomba Regional Council’s next round of community grants will close on March 1.
The grants program is designed to offer chances for not-for-profit organisations and eligible individuals, sponsored by incorporated bodies across the region, to gain funding or in-kind support for their initiatives.
Council staff are available to work with groups to tailor grant proposals and enhance funding prospects.
Applications can be lodged for grants covering Cultural and Arts Support, the Community Support Program, Event Support Program, Sport and Recreation Program, Environmental Program and the Sports Tourism Event Program.
Arts Queensland is currently modifying the RADF program so Toowoomba’s RADF operations and grants are on hold until this review is completed.
In the interim, any project that might have been lodged for the RADF program for the first half of 2015 is eligible to be considered for funding under Council’s CAS grant program.
