A nine-year-old boy has been flown to Brisbane’s Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital with suspected head, back and chest injuries after a quad bike accident in the South Burnett.
The boy was taken to Kingaroy Hospital and then transferred last night by the Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight helicopter.
He travelled in a serious but stable condition.
