A 68-year-old Yarraman woman has been taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital after a two-vehicle traffic crash in Nanango this afternoon.
Nanango Police Officer-in-Charge Sergeant Jason Newton said a vehicle travelling along Fitzroy Street collided with the side of the woman’s car at the Fitzroy / Drayton street intersection.
The driver of this car, a 61-year-old Nanango man, has been issued with a notice to appear in court on a charge of driving without due care and attention. He was not injured in the collision.
The extent of the woman’s injuries is not known at this stage.
The crash occurred about 1:15pm.
