Kingaroy RSL Club will be holding a “shave off” launch party for men planning to take part in this year’s “Movember” event.
Movember is an annual fundraiser for men’s health initiatives, as well as a way to raise awareness.
Men volunteer to grow moustaches and gather donations for the cause.
For the past few years, the Kingaroy RSL Club have been entering a team in the fundraiser and gathering donations from its members and supporters.
Kingaroy RSL’s Movember launch party will be held from 8:00pm on October 31.
Local musician Liam Parsons will be providing live entertainment.
Cost is a gold coin donation, with all proceeds going to the Movember fundraising effort.
Registrations to join the Kingaroy RSL Movember team will be taken on the night.
