Well-known local caterer Judy Crawford is running the new Ringsfield Cafe

October 11, 2014

Some lucky local residents and South Burnett councillors enjoyed a sneak peek on Saturday of Nanango’s new cafe, located at Ringsfield House.

The cafe, which officially opens tomorrow (October 12) is located on the enclosed – and air-conditioned – verandah of the historic building.

It will be open from 9;00am to 4:00pm, seven days.

Food will be provided by well-known South Burnett caterer Judy Crawford.

She has prepared two menus – one for Mondays to Thursdays, and one for Fridays to Sundays.

The first menu features a range of sandwiches, muffins and scones, slices and cakes, quiche and filo parcels plus  tea, coffees, cold drinks and milk shakes.

The weekend menu includes salads and hot meals including home-made pies.

The cafe is also licensed and a range of South Burnett wines are also available.

Ringsfield volunteers are also keen to show off their recently renovated chapel. The building has been prepared as a perfect location for weddings.
