The South Burnett Regional Council has advised that it will be conducting its annual road resurfacing program throughout the region during the next few months.
The reseals are designed to be an economical surface treatment to protect and prolong the life of the sealed road network.
Localities in this year’s program include Benarkin, Blackbutt, Cloyna, Maidenwell, Moffatdale, Murgon, Nanango, Pimpimbudgee, Proston, Stonelands, Tingoora, Wondai and Wooroolin.
Preparation for the reseal program is underway and this may include pavement/shoulder maintenance and roadside vegetation works.
The actual sealing program is planned to start towards the end of this month with expected completion in December.
