The RACQ CareFlight helicopter was called to Manar Park motocross track near Boondooma on Sunday afternoon to assist an injured rider.
The young man was airlifted by the Bundaberg-based chopper with suspected spinal injuries.
He was flown to the Bundaberg Base Hospital in a stable condition.
At the same time, RACQ CareFlight’s Sunshine Coast=based helicopter was called to Kingaroy Hospital to transfer a patient to Brisbane.
