Blackbutt Visitor Information Centre will be taking part in a attempt on Saturday to set a world record attempt for the most people using a single hashtag on Instagram in one day.
Organised by Tourism and Events Queensland, the @Queensland Instagram account will be hosting “The Best Instameet in the World” at various locations across Queensland.
In the South Burnett, the “Instameet” will he held at Les Muller Park, Blackbutt, from 10:00am hosted by @blackbuttvic
The idea is to take tourism-related photos to show off the Sunshine State to the world.
To take part, you’ll need the Instagram app which you can download for free for your phone/tablet.
If you can’t make it to Blackbutt, South Burnett residents can still take part in the world record attempt by uploading a photo to Instagram using the hashtag #thisisqueensland (something else to do as you’re exploring all the events at South Burnett & Cherbourg On Show!)
