Queensland Father of the Year – and former South Burnett resident – Andrew Butwell will be the guest speaker at this year’s Kingaroy State High School speech night.
Andrew, who became a paraplegic after an assault in Brisbane, was named the 2014 Father of the Year earlier this month. He was nominated for the award by his proud father, former GP Dr Brad Butwell.
The speech night will be held on Thursday, October 16, from 7:00pm at Kingaroy Town Hall.
All parents, students and interested community members are invited to attend.
