The Kingaroy Junior Cricket Club held the second of its sign-on days at Lyle Vidler Oval on Saturday morning.

Amongst the youngsters signing up was Tenesha Trunks, 12, who is looking forward to playing her first season of club cricket.

The Taabinga State School student was selected last season to play U12 schoolgirls cricket for Wide Bay.

Club president Steve Heness said there had been a good response also last weekend at the club’s first sign-on, held at Kingaroy Shoppingworld.
