The trial of a man charged with murder after a death at an engagement party in Nanango has begun in the Brisbane Supreme Court.
Stephen Doyle, 41, has been charged with the murder of Michael Thomsen, 37, at Nanango, on September 3, 2011.
He has pleaded not guilty.
Thomsen died after allegedly being stabbed during a fight which occurred at an engagement party for his daughter, Bianca.
The trial, before Justice Ann Lyons, is expected to continue into next week.
