SES volunteers from Kingaroy and Nanango joined the search at the weekend for a woman missing from a property near Toogoolawah.

The volunteers were called on to search buildings, water tanks, creek banks and outhouses as well as bushland around the property.

After a day-long search, the missing woman was located safely and taken to hospital.

The area being searched included farming land and a number of outhouses and other buildings
