After last weekend’s washout, the South Burnett Saints Australian Rules team will now be playing their first game of the 2014 season on Sunday (April 6) at Kratzke Oval at Highfields.
They will be taking on the Highfield Lions who finished just one spot ahead of them on the 2013 Premiership ladder, so it should be a close game.
As well as the seniors match, the Saints’ junior teams will also be in action.
Last weekend’s match between the Saints and the South Toowoomba Bombers has been rescheduled to April 21 at Rockville Oval in Toowoomba.
The Saints’ first home game will be held on Saturday, April 26, against Coolaroo at Lyle Vidler Oval in Kingaroy.
