A charge laid following the death of Kingaroy resident Shaun Miles in May last year was mentioned again yesterday in Brisbane Magistrates Court.
Paul Sutton, 41, from Sutherland in NSW, was charged with manslaughter in October last year after a long investigation by police into the death of Mr Miles, whose body was found on the corner of Fisher and Alford streets on May 24.
At yesterday’s hearing, Sutton was ordered to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 3. His bail was continued.
