The Murgon Mustangs have proven again that they will be a force to be reckoned with this year in the South Burnett rugby league competition with another pre-season victory.
The Mustangs took out the “Clash For Cash” round-robin competition played at Mundubbera on Saturday by defeating the Maryborough Wallaroos 24-12 in the final.
This follows their 100-0 win over the Burrum Miners in another pre-season trial last weekend.
The Clash For Cash is hosted by the Mundubbera Tigers and featured teams from Eidsvold, Monto, Mundubbera, Woorabinda and Maryborough as well as South Burnett teams.
