Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 73-year-old man reported missing from a property at Oakdale near Murgon this morning.
Melvyn Hansen was last seen leaving a house on Gayndah Road about 6:40am.
Police and family members hold concerns for his safety as he suffers from a medical condition and was due to return to the house a short time after leaving the address this morning.
Mr Hansen is about 170cm tall with a slim build and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and trousers.
Police and SES crews are searching the property and nearby area.
