A 31-year-old Nanango man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court tomorrow charged with supplying a dangerous drug and possessing a dangerous drug after a police operation on Tuesday.

Police say they intercepted a vehicle carrying three youths – aged 17, 18 and 19 – in the Kingaroy CBD.

A search of the vehicle allegedly located a quantity of cannabis, electric scales, clipseal bags, needles and a knuckleduster.

As a result of this search, an 18-year-old man was arrested and charged with supplying dangerous drugs, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug things and unlawful possession of a Category M weapon.

Police then conducted a search at a house in Alford Street, Kingaroy, where they allegedly located a further quantity of cannabis.

They then located, arrested and charged the 31-year-old Nanango man in the Kingaroy CBD.

A man was charged with two drug-related offences after a police search of a house in Moonya Street, Kingaroy, on Monday. The 27-year-old has been placed on a drug diversion program.
