The annual Windera Music Muster always attracts singers, songwriters, campers and tourists … but this year an added attraction was miniature horses.
Eric Spicer, from Red Dust Miniatures at nearby Glenrock, brought along several of his horses to entertain the crowd.
While daughter Amber, 14, was showing how the tiny horses – not much bigger than a large dog – could do “horsy” things like showjumping, Eric was demonstrating how tame they could be by crawling under them.
The Windera Music Muster is the major annual fundraiser for Windera State School. This is the fourth year that it has been organised by the school’s P&C.
A string of local country singers joined headline acts “Don’t Ask”, from the Sunshine Coast, and “Muddy Flats”, from Cherbourg, on stage.
