The first round of the Husqvarna Queensland Sprint enduro series was raced at Kilkivan on Sunday.
The event, which attracts some of Queensland’s best off-road motorbike and quad bike riders, was held at Kilkivan Bush Camping on Rossmore Road.
The four-round series is popular with off-road racers.
Competitors take part in six short sprint races to establish the overall winner.
Reining Queensland enduro champion Lachlan Stanford showed his style, coming from behind to win Round 1.
Round 2 will now be raced at Murphy’s Creek on April 6.
Future rounds will be at Neusa Vale and Leyburn, with quads also competing at Mt Perry.
