St Mary’s Catholic College students had a fun time at the school’s annual swimming carnival in Kingaroy last week

St Mary’s Catholic College held its annual Swimming Carnival at Kingaroy Swimming Pool last Thursday.

Students from the school’s three houses – Quinn, Rush and Polding – competed in seven age groups as well as the Open category.

And at the end of the day, Quinn came up trumps and Rush were runners-up, while last year’s winners Polding came in third.

  • 16yrs Boys – Hayden Yesberg
  • 16yrs Girls – Rahab Murray and Ryan Jacobs
  • Open Boys – Gabe Crane
  • Open Girls – Sam Hudson

College Principal Michael Nayler congratulated the House Captains and everyone who helped to create a great House spirit.

Swimming carnival and age champion presentations were held at a special assembly at the school on Tuesday afternoon.
