A manslaughter charge laid following the death of Kingaroy resident Shaun Miles in May last year was mentioned briefly again today in Brisbane Magistrates Court.
Paul Sutton, 41, from Sutherland in NSW, was charged in October last year after a long investigation by police into the death of Mr Miles, whose body was found on the corner of Fisher and Alford streets on May 24.
The case has been listed for mention again on February 24. Sutton’s bail was continued.
