The RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter flew into Kingaroy last night to airlift a woman injured in a quad bike incident.
The local resident suffered a suspected spinal injury and was initially transported to Kingaroy Hospital.
An RACQ CareFlight helicopter based in Toowoomba transferred her from Kingaroy Hospital to Toowoomba Base Hospital shortly after 8pm for further treatment.
A CareFlight spokeswoman said the woman travelled in a stable condition.
