A 22-year-old man will be charged following complaints youths were damaging the new barbecue area in Apex Park, Kingaroy.
Kingaroy police were called to the park on Saturday afternoon and allegedly located two people in the area.
A 22-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in court on graffiti and wilful damage charges.
A 15-year-old Kingaroy youth has been dealt with for graffiti offences.

Kingaroy police have issued a driver with a notice to appear in court on hooning-related charges following complaints from the public of a car doing burnouts in River Road.
The man’s Nissan sedan has been “grounded” for 90 days under the State Government’s new anti-hoon laws and has had its number plates removed.

Police have charged a 28-year-old Kingaroy man with shop stealing and public nuisance after they were called to the SupaIGA store in Kingaroy at 3:00pm on Saturday.

At 2:00am on Sunday, police were called to the River Road / Youngman Street area to investigate complaints that a man was acting suspiciously.
They located a 52-year-old man riding a motorcycle.
He was charged with unlicensed driving and shop stealing. Police will allege he stole foodstuffs and other items from Ryke Fuel.
His motorbike was impounded for seven days.
