A manslaughter charge laid following the death of Kingaroy resident Shaun Miles in May last year was mentioned briefly again today in a Brisbane court.
Paul Sutton, 41, from Sutherland in NSW, was charged in October last year after a long investigation by police into the death of Mr Miles, whose body was found on the corner of Fisher and Alford streets on May 24.
Defence solicitors requested an adjournment to prepare a submission to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The case was adjourned until February 10.
Sutton’s bail was continued.
