Tourism and Events Queensland has organised a “Digital Ready” workshop to be held in Kingaroy next month to assist local tourism operators maximise their marketing investment with Southern Queensland Country.
Southern Queensland Country is the organisation charged with marketing the South Burnett – and other parts of southern Queensland – to potential tourists.
The Digital Ready workshop covers writing a compelling campaign ad, tips to “convert” website visitors into customers, measuring a campaign’s effectiveness and return on investment, and using digital technologies to back-up campaigns for maximum visibility.
There will also be information available for operators to participate in the upcoming Southern Queensland Country Autumn Campaign.
The Digital Ready workshop will be held from 9:30am to 12:30pm on Thursday, February 6, at the Kingaroy RSL Club.
