A 14-year-old girl suffered bruised ribs in a two-vehicle traffic accident on the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy streets, Kingaroy, about 1:30pm on Sunday.
The girl was riding in the rear seat of one of the vehicles. She was treated by ambulance officers at the scene for minor injuries caused by her seatbelt.
A 21-year-old woman from Reesville, the driver of one of the vehicles, has been issued with a ticket for failing to give way at traffic lights.
