A former committee member has been charged with one count of fraud following a police investigation at the Wondai Community Kindergarten.
Amanda Evans entered no plea when she appeared in Murgon Magistrates Court today.
Police Prosecutor Sgt Pepe Gangemi told the court the final amount allegedly involved was still being finalised by investigating officers; this amount would determine whether the matter could be heard in the Magistrates Court or would be dealt with in the District Court.
The charge was adjourned for mention to November 19.
