International cricketer Holly Ferling will be back in action close to home next month when three national league matches are played at Heritage Oval in Toowoomba.
Holly will be part of the Queensland Fire attack against WA Fury in Round 2 of the Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL) which will be played on October 25-27.
The Fire have never won a WNCL title in 17 years of trying.
Next month’s fixture features a T20 game on the Friday afternoon (2:00-5:00pm), a one-dayer on the Saturday (10:00am-5:00pm), and another T20 on the Sunday (9:30am-12:30pm).
The matches are the first time a WNCL game featuring Queensland has been played outside of Brisbane.
