The RACQ CareFlight rescue helicopter was kept busy in the South Burnett at the weekend with four flights into the area to assist with medical transports.
The chopper visited Kingaroy Hospital three times.
A spokeswoman said patients were transferred to Royal Brisbane Hospital, Princess Alexandra and Toowoomba Base Hospitals for further treatment.
The medical conditions included renal failure, a dislocated hip and a ruptured spleen.
The service was also called in on Saturday to airlift a 16-year-old boy injured in a motocross fall near Proston.
