Birds of different feathers also flock together … there were 600 chooks of various colours, shapes and sizes at the South Burnett Feather Club’s annual show and sale at Kingaroy Showgrounds on Sunday.

The club promotes pure-bred show poultry and its 38th annual show attracted entries of many different breeds from all over south-east Queensland.

Club president Des Lowrie said this year’s show also included a Wyandotte feature which attracted 145 birds.
