Graham House Community Centre at Murgon is bringing an international speaker to Murgon next month as part of the town’s recovery efforts from the 2013 floods.
Amanda Gore has spoken to auditoriums filled with thousands of people and addressed some of the world’s largest companies, but she will be appearing in Murgon for free.
The topic of her talk will be “Wake Up To What Really Matters”.
Amanda has a reputation for her infectious humour and enthusiasm.
She involves the audience while at the same time teaching new skills that help to build community resilience.
Amanda Gore will be appearing at Murgon Town Hall from 7:00pm on Wednesday, May 15.
A light supper will be provided.

Tickets for Amanda Gore are available at all South Burnett Regional Council offices and libraries, visitor information centres, Graham House, Cherbourg Council, USMob Radio and local schools.
