Events held in regional Queensland have until 5:00pm on Friday (February 15) to apply for funding under Round 24 of the Tourism and Events Queensland Regional Development Program.
The Regional Development Program is an investment program designed to extend the flow of economic and social benefits of events to regional Queensland.
Event organisers are encouraged to submit their funding applications for events held between October 1, 2013, and March 31, 2014, by the Round 24 deadline.
Events held after March 31, 2014, can apply in the next funding cycle – Round 25.
