Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has released an updated version of their Fact Sheet about Influenza A for the pork industry.
The fact sheet provides guidance for piggery owners and employees about how to prevent the spread of flu viruses between humans and pigs.
It also details the hygiene and biosecurity measures which should be adopted at piggeries, and the steps that should be taken if infections are detected.
