A steady stream of visitors passed through Kingaroy RSL’s Tobruk Room on Wednesday to learn more about the range of health and other services available in the South Burnett.

The Service Providers’ Expo was organised by the Steps Group in partnership with the Department of Human Services to help mark Carers’ Week.

Service providers from groups as diverse as the Public Trustee to South Burnett CTC were manning tables, answering questions and handing out flyers.

There were also several guest presentations throughout the day.

Care For Carers Group Facilitator Beth Boorer said she thought the expo had been a huge success.

Eighteen service providers were represented.

Visitors dropped into the expo all day to talk to stallholders
