There will be only one A Grade rugby league match played in the South Burnett again this weekend …
The Wondai Wolves will play the Blackbutt Timbertowners from 2:30pm at Cherbourg.
Originally this weekend was planned as a doubleheader, with the Cherbourg Hornets taking on Nanango in the main game, but as the Stags senior side have now “pulled the pin” on the rest of the season because of a lack of players, they have forfeited this match.
The junior Stags v Hornets games will go ahead as planned at Cherbourg.
Kingaroy was to play Murgon at TJ O’Neill Oval in Kingaroy but Murgon have also forfeited this match. Junior games will proceed as scheduled.
Two U18s finals will be played at Salter Oval in Bundaberg: Kingaroy v Eastern Suburbs at 11:15am, and Murgon v Hervey Bay at 12:30pm (a sudden death match).

Soccer finals begin on Sunday with a huge day of football planned in Murgon.
There will be six semi-finals played:
- 9:00am: 2nd Div Elimination – Wests v Gunners
- 11:00am: 2nd Div Qualification – Nanango v Barambah
- 1:00pm: Womens Elimination – Barambah v Gunnettes
- 3:00pm: Womens Qualification – Wests v Nanango
- 5:00pm: 1st Div Elimination – Wests v Barambah
- 7:00pm: 1st Div Qualification – Nanango v Gunners
