Telstra is advising customers in the South Burnett area that they may experience some disruptions soon to their internet connections as the local BigPond Network is upgraded.
The upgrades are occurring every night from Wednesday, July 11, to Thursday, July 19.
BigPond services may be unavailable for a short time on a single night during this period.
Telstra has told customers they may not be able to connect between 2:00am and 6:00am, however, it’s more likely that services will be affected for less than an hour.
If after 6:00am, you still cannot connect to the Internet, Telstra has advised that you should restart your modem by turning it off, waiting a few minutes and then turning it back on.
