Newly installed Quota club presidents Heather Castle (Murgon) and Marie Shaw (Kingaroy) with Leanne Shedlock from the AGL Action Rescue Helicopter.
The two Quota clubs have been long-term supporters of the helicopter medevac service.
A cheque for $5000 from the Kingaroy club was presented to Leanne at the club’s changeover dinner on Saturday night.
In return, the rescue service gave the two clubs paintings by former Goomeri artist Ruth Heiner which they will now raffle to raise more funds for this vital service.
