Sharon Berderow ... receiving good feedback in Kingaroy

April 12, 2012

In a vote of confidence for the local retail industry, a Morayfield-based business has opened a branch in Kingaroy to meet increasing demand for its services in the South Burnett.

CJB Cleaning & Packaging Supplies, operated by Chris Berderow, opened in Kingaroy Street last month.

Chris’s parents, Sharon and Errol, have been helping to set up the business, and clocking up the kilometres travelling up and down the D’Aguilar Highway.

The shop offers bulk cleaning supplies, but it is not just open to the trade.  The public can purchase bulk toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products and food items such as tea, coffee, gravies and mayonnaise.

The family employs a total of 12 workers at Morayfield and they expect to put on more staff eventually in Kingaroy.

And the reaction so far?

“We’ve had a lot of good feedback from people,” Sharon said.
