Boondooma Homestead is a heritage listed historic site owned by the South Burnett Regional Council and leased to the Association; day visitors are welcome for tours of the complex, which also offers caravan park and basic cabin accommodation; in addition, the homestead also hosts two major multi-day events each year - the Spirit Of The Bush Country Music Muster in April, and the Scots In The Bush Celtic Festival in August
