Kingaroy RSL Services will face Murgon Crusaders in next Saturday’s A Grade cricket Grand Final after a gripping match at Wondai on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The Wondai Wolves won the toss and batted first.<\/p>\n

The RSL bowlers tried hard but at the end of the 45 overs, the Wolves were 6\/195.<\/p>\n

Will Mewburn top-scored with 69 not out, while James Cameron was just a run behind on 68 and Luke Sander added 25.<\/p>\n

Darren Geiger (2\/34 off eight overs) was the pick of the Kingaroy bowlers. Alex Dempster took 2\/43 off nine overs and Tony Dugdell 1\/32 off nine overs.<\/p>\n

It was a challenging target and early wickets fell quickly for Kingaroy, until David Hosking (94 not out) steadied the ship.<\/p>\n

Tony Dugdell also knocked out a half century, finishing with 54.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy RSL reached the target with four wickets (and five overs) to spare.<\/p>\n

Best of the Wolves’ bowlers were Clayton Graham (2\/38 off seven overs) and Rob Robarts (1\/24 off eight overs).<\/p>\n

Grand Final day at Murgon Sportsgrounds should be huge next Saturday as it coincides with the Murgon cricket club’s Reunion Day.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

The game between the A Grade Minor Premiers, Murgon Crusaders, and Kingaroy RSL Services will get underway at 11:30am.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy will be looking for their fourth premiership victory in a row.<\/p>\n

The match will be followed by the Murgon Cricket Club\u2019s trophy presentations and then the \u201cBlast From The Past\u201d social match from 7:00pm.<\/p>\n
