A trail bike rider has been airlifted to hospital in a serious condition after his bike and a car collided at Teelah.<\/p>\n

The man, aged in his 50s, is believed to have been thrown from his bike by the impact.<\/p>\n

An RACQ CareFlight spokesman said the rider came to rest about 10 metres from his machine, with multiple injuries.<\/p>\n

The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight crew were called to the incident just before 11:00am.<\/p>\n

The helicopter landed in a nearby paddock to allow on the on-board doctor and paramedic to assist ambulance crews with treating the patient patient.<\/p>\n

The man was flown to the Royal Brisbane Hospital in a serious but stable condition.<\/p>\n

\nA man aged in his 30s was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital and then flown to Brisbane with leg, arm and rib fractures after a truck and a motorbike collided on Redmans Road at Kingaroy about 11:00am.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Toowoomba RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter was called to the hospital just after 1:00pm.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s believed the rider was thrown 20 metres into the air on impact with the side of the truck.<\/p>\n

He was flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.<\/p>\n

Police investigations are continuing.<\/p>\n
