Kingaroy State High School’s Year 12 formal literally stops the traffic … and Thursday night’s effort was no exception.<\/p>\n

Police and SES made sure the large crowd which gathered in Glendon Street could watch the cavalcade of cars arrive in safety.<\/p>\n

The vehicles ranged from a VW Kombi to a Maserati, and just about everything in between.<\/p>\n

As each pulled up in front of the Kingaroy Town Hall, a loud cheer went up.<\/p>\n

A gaggle of photographers greeted each student as they made their way up the \u00a0red carpet.<\/p>\n

And unlike last night, when a sudden storm disrupted the arrivals at St Mary’s Catholic College formal, tonight the weather gods smiled on the students.<\/p>\n

There were plenty of classic and modern Monaros and Falcons, a sprinkling of American muscle cars, a trio of VWs … and this Ford 350 stretch limousine\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A crowd of proud friends and relatives packed into the Town Hall Forecourt and lined Glendon Street to get a glimpse of the students arriving for their big night<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
