Federal Indigenous Affairs Minister Senator Nigel Scullion and Deputy Prime Minister Warren Truss dropped into Cherbourg today.<\/p>\n

The pair chatted with staff, students and Remote Schools Student Attendance Officers at Cherbourg State School and Murgon State High School principal Greg Smith.<\/p>\n

They also met with Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire councillors and staff, visited the newly established recycling plant, Cherbourg Joinery, the horticulture farm, The Ration Shed and Yurri Muntha Cafe.<\/p>\n

Senator Scullion and Deputy PM Truss also visited Shaftesbury Centre’s Rodeo School at Ficks Crossing.<\/p>\n
