The old Murgon Swimming Pool building was deemed unsafe by Council engineers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

August 29, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

Murgon Swimming Pool is closed for renovations but that won’t stop the local swimming club from getting wet this season!<\/p>\n

The Murgon Orcas Swim crew plans to hold their training at the Wondai Swimming Pool until their regular venue is re-opened.<\/p>\n

Sign-on day is Saturday, September 6, at the Murgon Rotunda in Lamb Street from 9:00am to noon.<\/p>\n

Club nights will be held every Tuesday from 6:30pm at the Wondai Pool.<\/p>\n

The buildings at Murgon Pool are being demolished by the South Burnett Regional Council and will be replaced by new change rooms and a kiosk.<\/p>\n

NB. There will be no Murgon Learn to Swim or water aerobics classes this season.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
