Cr Kathy Duff has been reappointed as the South Burnett Race Club’s Racing Ambassador for 2014-15<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The South Burnett Race Club has recorded a 12 per cent lift in profits, the club’s Annual General Meeting heard last night.<\/p>\n

The return of the traditional Anzac Day race meeting in 2013 has proven to be the shot in the arm the race club needed, with bumper turnouts at both last year’s and this year’s Anzac Day meetings at the Wondai race course.<\/p>\n

South Burnett Mayor Wayne Kratzmann was re-elected as the club’s President; Craig Yarrow as Secretary; and accountant Andrew Hobbs as Treasurer and Vice-President for 2014-15.<\/p>\n

Mr Ray Radunz remains the club’s Patron.<\/p>\n

Mr Kratzmann announced that Smithfield Feedlot have renewed their agreement to be the race club’s major sponsor for the 2014-15 season, and he thanked owners Don and Barb Madden for their continued support.<\/p>\n

SBRC Councillor Kathy Duff was reappointed as the club’s Racing Ambassador.<\/p>\n
