Do you like cats, dogs and cup cakes? Well, the RSPCA has the fundraiser for you!<\/p>\n

The RSPCA’s Cup Cake Day<\/a><\/strong> (August 18) is fast approaching.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy cook Karen Ford is making cupcakes to help the Kingaroy RSPCA raise much-needed funds.<\/p>\n

This year the cupcakes available are chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate jaffa, chocolate mint, chocolate mocha, white chocolate coconut, red velvet and caramel white chocolate with salted caramel icing.<\/p>\n

Gluten-free cup cakes are also available on request.<\/p>\n

The cupcakes have to be pre-ordered, and orders must be in by August 13.<\/p>\n

They are $3 each, $15 for six or $27 for 12. They will be available for pick-up at the RSPCA’s Cup Cake Day celebration.<\/p>\n

In Murgon, Boutique 90 at 90 Lamb Street, has also registered to hold a Cup Cake Day fundraiser for the RSPCA at 10:30am on Monday, August 18. For more information, phone the shop on (07) 4168-3120.<\/p>\n

Did you know the Kingaroy RSPCA now offers pet micro-chipping?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Microchipping of cats and dogs can be done between 10:00am and 2:00pm every Thursday at the Shelter – on Warren Truss Drive, near the Kingaroy Airport – but bookings are essential.<\/p>\n

Cost is $30 per animal.<\/p>\n
